| My sale was somewhat unusual, complicated with many road blocks, Joe went above and beyond the call of duty, not only acting as a real estate agent , but also dealing with 3 lawyers ( a divorce sale where 2 of us hadn't spoken in 13 years ) 2 sellers and a court order, along with a bad location, a buyer out of town, a seller out of state and the buyers daughter rushing to occupy. He ran interference, called repair people and would have moved the lawn if I asked him . I would highly recommend him . I have never met Joe in person and did not know him prior to the sale.
